The office of the society shall remain in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

The Society will operate on all India basis

AIMS & OBJECTIVES:

The aims and objective for which the society is established are as under:
To publish paper, Souvenir, books, charts, periodicals, illustrations and other publication for the achievement of the objects of the society.
To work and for the welfare of the students, teachers deserving parents economically weaker sections.
To organize a Seminar, Convention, Conference, Meetings to meet the objective of Society in all over India.
To open the run, educational and vocational schools or institutions to bring education within the reach of poor & backward children.
To provide libraries, publish books on educational, cultural & social subjects, organize discussions & Seminars to impart of knowledge & understanding amongst the people.
To provide all types of medical facility to general public or poor people’s free of cost or lower cost.
To provide relief to the victims of natural calamities and also to support financially or otherwise to minority and exploited class of public without any discrimination on the basis of caste, sex, religion or locality.
To establish operate manage and otherwise support various types of social activities as financial help for the marriage, education of poorest of the poor class of public.
To provide Micro Finance facility to poor persons, small business men at lower cost.
To stop illegal construction of residential house, flat, complexes, commercial complexes, shops and any other types building.
To provide food, cloths, medical aid, stationary, transportation, libraries, laboratories, reading rooms, hostels, play grounds, swimming pool and other possible facilities to the students and also to member of society.
To protect female foeticide, women rights, sexual harassment, animal rights.
To provide environment protection, Global warming, environmental issues, pollution control, save tigers.
To undertaken research & consultancy services towards achieving the goal of good governance by conducting citizen satisfaction and perception studies on delivery of government services and programmes, delivery of public services, examining best practices in different states and countries etc.
To undertaken implementation of various socio-economic development programmes in fields of education, health, rural development etc. for the benefit of the poor and other deserving sections.
To conduct Engineering & Technical studies all over India for employment & upliftment of the society.
To establish and maintain institutions for the handicapped and for adult education, like vocational training in vocations of household industry, semi skilled jobs for self employment, short hand and type writing, social science, languages, fine arts, crafts, music, painting etc.
To encourage and promote higher education among meritorious students in relevant fields of study for promoting good governance practices.
To arrange and organize the social, cultural and educational programmes from time to time.
To start establish run take over, or manage and maintain schools, residential or boarding school, with an object to provide sound pre-primary, primary, secondary, senior secondary and higher education to children by seeking recognition and affiliation from the educational department and other concerned Government authorities.
To establish, run, maintain and grant aid in cash or kinds to advance technical educational colleges including engineering and diploma college, management education institute, computer science and engineering institute and Research Institute to provide standard and high class education for B.A./M.A./B.Ed/M.Ed courses and other related courses.
To start various kinds of training courses like teachers training, nurses training, Technical and non-technical course, Laboratory assistant, Hospital education centre cum clinics, Maternity homes, child care centers and such other institutions for the solution of problem of unemployment amongst the young generation for the use of general public as per Govt. Rules.
To provide for medical and other health support and assistance.
To help and assist poor and needy people & their families during emergencies such as flood, war, earthquake etc.
To receive and collect any gift, subscriptions and donations either in cash or in kind of acquire by any other lawful ways and means and open the same in the fulfillment of aims and objects of the society, the income and property(s) of the society shall be applied solely for promotion and fulfillment of the aims and object of the society. If any person wants to contribute, donate or give subscription, the same shall be spent towards the promotion of the particular objects only.
To run, manage, establish charitable dispensaries, hospitals, research on general diseases like HIV /AIDS, TB, Cancer etc.
To establish and develop institution for the physically handicapped and disable or mentally retarded people to provide them education, food, clothing or other help.
To bring out publication bases on research studies as well as books and journals for wider dissemination of knowledge.
To collaborate, officiate and federate with other government agencies and bodies for implanting the projects of development nature all over the world.
To help the activists in creating and establishing voluntary and non-governmental body for promotion of open non-formal education, philosophical through, spiritual disclosures for the benefit of human kind.
To provide fee meals, clothes, medicines and other needy things to the poor needy, children of widows.

All the income, earning, moveable, immoveable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only set forth in the memorandum of association and no profit.
Thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present and past members of the society or to any person claiming through any or more of the present or past member. No member of the society shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immoveable properties of the society or make any profit, whatsoever by virtue of its mem
